FounderIgnite ("we," "us," or "our") operates founderignite.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.

Automatically collected data. We collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, referring site, device type) and basic server logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

If you request an insurance quote, we share the information you submit with licensed insurance agents, agencies, underwriters, and carriers ("Partners") who can fulfill or follow up on your request. Partners may contact you directly and may use your information under their own privacy policies.

We may also share information with service providers (email delivery, analytics, CRM) that process data on our behalf; as required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your information to unrelated third-party advertisers. We participate in affiliate programs — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

By submitting a quote or contact form with your phone number and checking the consent box, you give your prior express written consent for FounderIgnite and its insurance Partners to contact you at the number provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message (SMS/MMS) — regarding your insurance quote and related products.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls, contact us at hello@founderignite.com to be placed on our do-not-call list. We retain a record of your consent (exact text shown, date/time, and IP address).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send the content you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage newsletter delivery.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Data retention

We keep your information as long as needed to fulfill your request and meet our legal obligations. Lead records are retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request earlier deletion — see Section 8.

California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, and opt out of "sharing" or "selling." Sharing your information with insurance Partners to provide quotes may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. To opt out or make any request, email hello@founderignite.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Other states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others): You may have similar rights under your state's privacy law. Contact us to make a request. We will respond within 45 days.

9. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards including HTTPS encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

This Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Third-party links

The Site links to affiliate partners and third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies before submitting information.
